When to Book

In order to give your event the utmost attention and preparation, we require you to book your event at least 4 weeks in advance. The sooner the better! This will ensure we have plenty of time to order any materials and make your event perfect!

How to Book

Email us or fill our the contact form on our site with the following information:

• Date and time of event

• Location of event

• Occasion and theme/colors

• Items or package you want for your event

Finalize Your Party

Once we've agreed on the details of your event, we will send you a contract to sign and a deposit will be due. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. Then, we will work on your design, set day-of plans, and order your materials. The day of your event, we will set up before and break down after (if necessary). The remaining balance will be due one week before your event.
