Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my event?

We require bookings to be no less than 4 weeks from the date of your event. The sooner the better so we have plenty of time to plan and make your event perfect!

Do you travel? And do you charge travel fees?

Currently, we are only servicing Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and other surrounding areas of the Triad. We do charge travel fees depending on your event's distance from us which will be included in your quote. Fees start at $5.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your event.

How long does setup take?

Setup time varies based on the event. Fringe backdrops and small balloon garlands (6-8ft) take 30 minutes or less. Larger balloon garlands (10-12ft) can take up to ~1 hour.

Will you return to breakdown after my event?

We only offer breakdown for any project that includes a rental item. We do not breakdown balloon garlands or fringe backdrops. Balloons can be popped and backdrops can be thrown away or saved.

What if I need to cancel my event?

If you cancel prior to one week before your event, we will refund any amount paid except the 30% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within a week of your event, you will not be refunded the 30% deposit, but you will be refunded 50% of the remaining balance that was paid at the one week mark.

Can you setup balloons outdoors?

Balloons do not do well in direct sunlight/heat so we recommend setting them up in shaded areas or indoors. If your event is outdoors and there will be sunlight, we recommend selecting lighter colors as they are less likely to pop.
